Impact-Echo Instruments is proud to present a new line of pistol grip transducers. The pistol grip models are well suited for use on flat surfaces. The dual pistol grip transducer is used for wave speed measurements. It has two sensing elements separated by the same fixed distance (300mm). The dual pistol grip transducer eliminates the need to strap two cylindrical transducers into a spacer bar for wave speed measurements. Pistol grip transducers have a “trigger” arming switch, positioned on the underside of the grip. One single pistol grip and one dual pistol grip can be substituted for two cylindrical transducers and a spacer bar at no additional cost.
